  • Boys Basketball Skills Camp

    Dates: June 9-12
    Times: 9-11 am
    Who: Rising 3rd-8th grade boys
    Location: Upper School Red Gym (Gates Mills Campus)
    Cost: $120

    Join Anthony Burns, Hawken boys varsity head coach; members of the boys coaching staff; and current Hawken basketball players for a four-day basketball experience. Enjoy a fun and motivational camp environment while being equipped with knowledgeable instruction from our expert coaching staff! The summer camp includes basketball instruction from top area coaches, premier skills training, and live games and competitions.
     
    Anthony Burns is in his first year as head coach at Hawken. Over the past two seasons, he led the Maple Heights High School basketball program to two of their best campaigns in recent years, earning Northeast Ohio Coach of the Year honors for the 2022-2023 season. Known for his innovative leadership and ability to elevate teams, Coach Burns has quickly established himself as one of the rising stars in Northeast Ohio basketball coaching. Alongside the varsity staff, players, and area experts, he will be assisting with the upcoming shooting camp, sharing his expertise to help participants develop their skills.
  • Little Hawks Basketball Camp

    Dates: June 23-26
    Times: 4-5 pm
    Who: Rising K-3rd grade boys and girls*
    Location: Lyndhurst Campus - Ingalls Gym
    Cost: $80

    This camp is for young athletes who are excited to learn the FUNdamentals of basketball. The Little Hawks Camp will be led by Jamee Gerrick, girls varsity head basketball coach.. The goal of this camp is to introduce and teach students basketball fundamentals in a fun and active environment!

    Coach Gerrick is entering his third year as the head coach and program director of the Hawken varsity girls basketball program. He brings with him a strong and diverse background in coaching and skill development in a camp and clinic setting.

    *3rd Grade athletes have the option to participate in Little Hawks OR the Skills and Shooting camps, based on experience level.
