Camp LEAD "Fish Tank" is a dynamic, interactive one-week summer camp designed to inspire and develop entrepreneurial skills. Each day, campers engage in activities that foster critical thinking and creative problem-solving. They tackle real-world business challenges, such as identifying leadership traits in potential hires or designing prototypes for innovative products.
Working in teams, campers learn to navigate diverse personality types, improve communication skills, and collaborate effectively—all while having fun and driving positive change. The experience culminates on the final day with a boardroom-style presentation, where campers pitch their ideas to a panel of special guest "Sharks"—real company representatives ready to evaluate their innovative solutions!
