Summer Toddler Program

 

We are excited to announce that registration for our 2026 summer programming for toddlers is now open! We are pleased to share that, due to strong interest, we are able to offer a third session this summer.  A key component of our program is that it is staffed with Hawken faculty, led by Jenny Eshleman. We feel it is important for our students to have familiar adults as we move into the summer months. The philosophy and approach to children’s learning is consistent with the school year, and the teachers can provide more information regarding the typical day, routines and activities. Maintaining continuity with the school-year philosophy, our summer program emphasizes exploration, creativity, and hands-on learning in a safe and engaging setting.

 

Toddlers will enjoy developmentally appropriate activities that foster curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. Campers will participate in creative play, music, movement, outdoor exploration, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate STEM experiences.

 

Our program is designed to complement the schedules of families with older children enrolled in Hawken summer camps, while honoring routines familiar from the school year.
