    Calling all bakers! Who doesn’t love coming home and walking into the house and smelling fresh-baked cookies?! Life is better with cookies fresh and warm right out of the oven. This camp is for those who love cookies and want to improve their baking skills. Campers will get to bake their favorite cookies as well as learn new recipes. We will also explore healthier recipes and alternatives to cookies. Campers will also create their own cookbook to take home at the end of the week. 

  • Food Truck Challenge

    Food trucks are cruising all over the country delivering unexpected culinary delights. Don’t miss out on the challenge to design your very own truck and menu. During this week-long camp, campers will work in small teams to develop a theme and menu and ultimately prepare food to compete to be the next food truck champion. Along the way, there will be daily competitions, challenges, and games to earn points. Do you have what it takes to win it all?

    Instead of sending your kids to a traditional summer camp, our one-of-a-kind cooking camp will teach your child the skills that they can use for a lifetime! Whether your child loves to cook or just wants to have fun learning new recipes and have fun in the kitchen, Jr. Chefs Cupcake Challenge is perfect. Your child will work together with other campers to cook creative meals, snacks, and desserts. They will also engage in structured games and activities. Throughout the week, we will have themed days and cupcake challenges like those seen on TV’s Chopped and The Next Food Network Star. The week will be capped off with a team cupcake challenge judged by professional chefs. Parents and friends are welcome to attend this exciting final challenge.

  • Is it Cake? Hawken Edition

    During this week, children will enjoy a variety of well-known books and participate in correlating cooking activities. Incorporated into each day will be opportunities for crafts, drama, and of course, cooking! Each child will take home a cookbook of recipes and a celebratory lunch is included on Friday.
