Hawken Summer Programs is pleased to offer camp options to suit every child’s interests and passions. Traditional day camp options, week-long Passport specialty camps, athletics camps, and summer studies provide your child the opportunity for fun, exploration, growth, and learning.
TO REGISTER:
Registration is only available through CampBrain. Families must create an account and register and pay for camps through the CampBrain online system. Unless otherwise indicated, full payment is required at the time of registration. Reservations can be modified until May 25, 2025. You will receive a confirmation email upon registration—please add hawken.edu/summer to your inbox to ensure important information doesn't end up in your SPAM folder.
All registrations must be completed through our CampBrain system, accessible at hawken.edu/summer. Phone, email, or paper registration is not available. Camp sizes are limited and designed to foster meaningful relationships between campers and their counselors, coaches, and instructors. Camp sizes are determined by counselor-to-camper ratios, safety considerations, facilities, and logistics.
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees for Hawken’s Summer programs paid online are refundable if canceled by May 16, 2025. Cancellations made after May 16 will incur a $100 cancellation fee. If you wish to transfer your registration to another Hawken Summer Camp, please contact the Summer Camp Staff at summerprograms@hawken.edu. Transfers are not automatic, especially if the desired camp is at full capacity. Requests for cancellations due to illness or injury must be accompanied by a doctor's note.
MINIMUM REGISTRATION
If a camp does not meet the required minimum registration, you will be contacted and given the option to transfer to another camp or receive a full refund. We make every effort to monitor registration numbers and will update families if a camp is at risk of being canceled. Some of our camps are offered through third-party providers and are not eligible for discounts.
