Through a carefully planned sequence of instruction, unique drills, and review sessions, your wrestler will learn the basic skills of wrestling, importance of stance, body control and the fundamental techniques of wrestling. We will emphasize skills such as set-ups, proper leg attacks and finishes. In addition, we will cover a variety of techniques on the mat.

Live wrestling will be implemented in every session to help develop the wrestler and the skills they have learned at camp. A portion of every session will be devoted to developing and building the overall athletic ability of your wrestlers through trained movements. Wrestling games will also be included throughout the wrestling camp.
