Daily synchronous meet times: 9:00 am, 11:30 am, 2:15 pm
If you like to run, jump high, and get strong, this camp is for you! You will learn different fitness skills throughout the week and incorporate them as you race through your own Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course, that you get to create. Moving at different levels (low, medium, and high), agility/footwork skills, and strategy are a few of the topics which will be practiced to help race through the courses with success. Spelling and math skills will be reinforced during certain fitness challenges. Get fit, build those muscles, and find out what type of NINJA you are!
Equipment needed: bandana, 1-2 hula hoops, 1 jump rope, 1-2 pool noodles, chalk, 5 cones (or markers of some sort)
