Campers residing outside a 20-mile radius of Hawken’s Lyndhurst and Gates Mills campuses should contact the Summer Camp office to discuss potential central drop-off and pick-up locations.

In most cases, buses or vans are scheduled to pick up and drop off campers at their homes. Depending on the camper’s proximity to the Lyndhurst campus, pick-up will occur between 8:00 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. each day. At the end of the day, vehicles will depart at 4:00 p.m. for the return trip, with most campers being dropped off before 5:00 p.m.

Due to limited space on our vehicles, we are unable to offer one-way transportation.

If there are not enough riders from a specific area, we may be unable to provide transportation.

Transportation is not available during the Passport Camps program.
