Hawken Elite ID Soccer Camp is a one-week soccer camp for high-level players, boys and girls, rising 3rd – 8th graders.

Hawken Soccer Camp will be led by Hawken School varsity soccer coaches, Vlad Muresan and Heidi Wilbrandt, as well as area club and high school coaches and players.

Each day we will focus on different skill sets including dribbling, passing and receiving, heading, crossing, shooting, and team play. In addition to skill development, emphasis will be placed on exciting soccer-based games such as small-sided games, skill games, and scrimmages.

All sessions will be challenging and fun! Players will be divided into age and ability groups based on number of participants. Player-to-coach ratio will not exceed 12 to 1. All players will receive a Hawken Soccer Camp t-shirt.

Heidi Wilbrandt played Division I soccer at Davidson College in North Carolina for four years. While at Davidson, Heidi was named to the All-Conference Academic team. At Fredericksburg Academy in Virginia, she led the varsity girls soccer team to two conference championships. Heidi went on to coach at The Overlake School in Redmond, Washington, where she won one state championship with the girls program and two state championships with the boys program.

Vlad Muresan has been the technical director at Liberty Futbol Club in Akron, Ohio for the past five years. He has been a coach with Liberty at many levels, including U-17 and U-19 boys since 2010, and he has coached state level teams with Ohio Youth Soccer Association since 2011. At the age of 24, Vlad became one of the youngest coaches in America to earn his “A” license.
